Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, system administration, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and IT troubleshooting.

• Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, network devices, and security best practices.

• Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Description:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, devices, and software applications.

• Monitor and ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT systems and networks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT asset inventory.

• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.

• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and system records.

• • Support IT projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
