Site Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or other related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property industry (preferable landed house experience)
• Strong communication skills in dealing with consultant, contractor, vendor, and stakeholder.
• Strong analytical skill and creative mindset. 
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill



Job Description

• Review and analyze for construction drawing with site condition. Translate technical drawings into physical instruction, ensuring all work strictly adheres to architectural and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot on-site design or structural conflicts and provide immediate, practical engineering solutions. Create own technical drawing if necessary.
• Manage day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate with contractors.
• Coordinate technical meetings with internal and external parties which include taking minutes of meeting.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local building codes.
• Assist in resolving site issues during construction stage.
• Other tasks as assigned by superior
